Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any products once purchased. However, if you are unhappy with your order in any way, we urge you to reach out via any of our listed modes of contact and we will do our best to try and improve your óh.Hi experience if possible.
IMPORTANT: If your order is unable to be delivered due to inaccurately processed shipping information (name, address, etc.), óh.Hi will not be accountable for re-shipments -- any potential resolution will be made at the sole discretion of the site vendor ("óh.Hi"). We strongly urge our customers to check their details before purchasing and make sure that they are correct and deliverable.

All orders are shipped in unmarked packaging to ensure your privacy and discretion.
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days but expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Given the sensitive nature of our products, we urge our customers to check their local laws before purchasing.
